The interiors layout and design is set around an open plan black marble kitchen, while fitted storage units and bookshelves around the fireplace form a central feature in the living room.

Wooden beams accent the rustic feel of the bedroom and cement based walls line the bathroom.

The exteriors design is based on that of a small patio garden, while the layout is set around a BBQ and seating area.
